Terms of service

These terms describe the practical rules for using CoreHQ. They are written to keep the service dependable, fair, and safe for every client team.

Using the service

CoreHQ provides hosted tools for managing projects, time, collaboration, estimates, and invoices. You may use the service for your organization and its client work after your agency application is approved. Core agency tools are free. AI assistance uses prepaid credits, and development services are quoted separately.

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another organization’s information, or use CoreHQ to distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

Service availability

We work to keep CoreHQ available and protect your information, but no online service is completely interruption-free. Maintenance, security response, and events outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect access.

Features may evolve as the product improves. Material changes that affect paid use will be communicated through the service or your account contact.

Account terms

1You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
2You must provide accurate registration information and keep your contact details current.
3You may use CoreHQ only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of other people.
4You retain ownership of the client, project, time, and billing information you enter into CoreHQ.
5The shared 5 GB storage allowance and 90-day file retention period after project completion are described on the pricing page.
6Purchased AI credits do not expire. Contact us to request a refund; each request is reviewed manually.

API terms

If API access is provided with your plan, credentials must be kept private and used only for your organization’s integration. Automated requests must respect documented limits, avoid degrading the service, and handle personal and financial information responsibly. Access may be limited when an integration threatens security or availability.
