Information we collect

We collect account and contact details, workspace content you provide, billing and transaction references, support communications, and technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and service activity. CoreHQ does not store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, process requested transactions, send operational messages, support users, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We share information only as needed with infrastructure, email, payment, storage, analytics, and integration providers acting on our behalf; when you direct an integration; during a corporate transaction; or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Workspace administrators

The organization that provides your CoreHQ workspace controls its workspace content and may access, export, correct, or delete information associated with that workspace. Contact your organization first for workspace-data requests.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while an account is active and as needed for legitimate operational, security, backup, tax, and legal purposes. Administrators may request account deletion, subject to required retention and backup-expiration periods.

Security

CoreHQ uses role-based access controls, scoped client access, encrypted transport, password hashing, signed webhooks, audit records, and encrypted integration credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

Children

CoreHQ is a business service and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated effective date and provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
